Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponders and guard your e-mail accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mails based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
